SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it right away.

Standard Products: 1–3 business days
Customized Products: 3–7 business days.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.

• Bangalore: 1–3 business days
• Karnataka: 2–5 business days
• Major Indian cities: 3–7 business days
• Other serviceable locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order weight and dimensions, number of products, and shipping method/courier service.

Free shipping may be available on select orders.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link via email or SMS. Use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS & DELIVERY

Customized products are made according to your requirements and may take longer to process. Please verify text, images, design, size, colour, quantity, and address before ordering.

9. BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS

Delivery timelines for bulk, corporate, event, school, college, team, and promotional orders vary by quantity and production requirements. Contact us for event-specific deadlines.

10. DAMAGED PACKAGE AT DELIVERY

If the package appears damaged, opened, torn, or tampered with, take photos/videos before opening, document the condition, and contact us immediately with your order number.

11. MISSING, WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, wrong, missing, or significantly different product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photos/videos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

12. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Shipments returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or failed attempts may require re-shipping charges. Customized-product cancellation/refund eligibility remains subject to applicable policies.

13. DELIVERY TO REMOTE LOCATIONS

Delivery availability and timelines may vary for remote, rural, restricted, or non-serviceable locations. We may contact you to arrange an alternative serviceable address where possible.

14. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard online shipping is intended for deliveries within India unless specifically confirmed by Golden Glyph. International customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges may apply to the customer.
